Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unity Lodge #3 Roku Channel (the “Channel”), operated by Unity Lodge #3 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the Channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Channel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Channel. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.
4. Privacy
This Channel does not knowingly collect personal information directly. Any data collected by Roku is governed by Roku’s own privacy policies.
5. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Channel for personal, non-commercial use through a Roku device.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Channel, including videos, images, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by Unity Lodge #3 or used with permission. Content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Channel for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Channel’s operation.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Channel.
- Use the Channel in a way that infringes the rights of others.
8. Third-Party Services
The Channel is distributed through the Roku platform. Unity Lodge #3 does not control Roku services and is not responsible for Roku’s systems, policies, or data handling practices.
