Facilities: 120 capacity dining hall, arts/craft building, nurses cabin, recreation hall, 12 cabins 10 people per cabin. I must have your application in before June 15th. So please get them into me as soon as you can.
We must have these forms filled iout and to the camp director so get them to me as soon as you can before June 15 2013 for the 2013 camp season.
Camp Application - Unity #3 will pay the fee just get us the form.
Health Form- This form is a must so the camp knows about your child.
Photo Release Form - Only needed if you will let us use pictures of your child to promote the camp.
